1. My order says delivered, but it's not here. What should I do?

Oftentimes the carrier scans an order as "delivered" as it is going out for delivery. In most cases, orders are delivered within 48-72 hours of being marked as delivered. If it does not arrive within 72 hours, reach out & I am happy to help find a solution!

2. My order is damaged/missing items.

I am so sorry about this! Please reach out with your order number and the damaged/missing items & I am happy to rectify the problem. 

3. Why is there no tracking number attached to my order?

All orders are shipped without tracking unless purchased via checkout. US orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days upon shipping, and International orders can take 2-4 weeks before delivery. If you order does not arrive within this time frame, reach out and I am happy to help.

4. Do you offer custom stickers or artwork?

If you have a specific design request, I'd love to discuss further details on your inquiry. Please reach out with details on what you are looking for, as well as a timeline if needed by a certain date. I will get back to you as soon as possible :)
